It aims to foster positive change within communities by equipping young migrants with the skills necessary to become ambassadors for their rights and those of others.
Objectives:
– Empower young migrants as advocates for human rights within their communities while equipping them with essential soft skills such as communication, critical thinking, empathy, teamwork, and cultural sensitivity to navigate challenges and foster positive change.
– Support and empower youth workers with tools and resources to effectively engage and empower both young migrants and their communities, thereby enhancing the overall impact and sustainability of the project’s efforts.
– Empowering young migrants with knowledge about their human rights through educational keynote sessions, and organizing inclusive community-based workshops that integrate art, music, and sport-based activities to explore the rich
diversity within the migrant population and promote awareness of human rights.
– Encourage collaboration with different organizations focused on the development of young migrants, aiming to enhance societal impact, break down barriers between local communities and migrants, and promote mutual understanding.
